Fewer components mean better cost efficiency
With some conventional belts, tracking issues are often observed. Habasit’s new self-tracking elastic belts have excellent tracking, without the need for additional tracking or tensioning devices. Unlike conventional fabric-based or monolithic belts, these belts provide significant savings in both belt- and conveyor design.
Besides improving cost efficiency on the line, they eliminate additional costs of belt guide profiles, grooves on pulleys, and slider beds. This range is antistatic, flame-retardant, and works best in shorter lengths, ideal in areas with limited space where the belt is wide and short.
